Comfeel® Plus Transparent is a thin, ultra-flexible hydrocolloid dressing designed for no-to-low exuding chronic wounds and superficial acute wounds in the final stages of healing. It’s ideal for treating:

How It Works:
The dressing absorbs moisture through sodium carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) particles, forming a gel that keeps the wound moist without sticking to it. The top layer is a breathable polyurethane film that protects while allowing vapor exchange.
